Project Manager (Clinical Research)

Location: Remote, based in Ankara or Istanbul, Turkey

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide status updates, and maintain alignment with project goals.
• Prepare project reports, performance metrics, and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support programme management delivery and develop team capability.

Requirements

• Significant project management and team leadership experience, including managing projects from inception to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
