Project Manager (Commercial & Healthcare)

What you will do

• Support the delivery of commercial and healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor programme progress, cost, quality, risk, and project performance using established metrics and management systems.
• Oversee tender processes and contract administration, including NEC and JCT building contracts.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction phases, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Act as the main client contact and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Lead project teams, delegate responsibilities, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Professional accreditation or progress toward RICS, CIOB, APM, or a similar qualification.
• Demonstrable experience delivering commercial or healthcare projects from conception through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery and contract administration; NEC and JCT experience is preferred.
• Consultancy or client-side experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, client management, and business development skills.
