Clinical Project Manager

Location: Hybrid, with the possibility to work remotely 2 days per week

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate clinical projects from study start-up through close-out.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Clinical Operations, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Data Management, and external partners.
• Oversee clinical site selection, initiation, and performance.
• Manage CRO, vendor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure GCP-compliant clinical activities, documentation, deliverables, audits, inspections, and project reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of clinical project management experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or CRO environment.
• Experience managing clinical trials and multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of GCP and applicable clinical research regulations.
• Experience working with CROs, clinical sites, and external vendors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
• Fluent English required; strong project management, organizational, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with international or multicenter clinical studies.
• French or additional language skills.
