Imaging Specialist Manager (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Plan and execute operational imaging strategies for global oncology and non-oncology clinical trials across all phases.
• Manage imaging strategy, operational planning, risk assessment, mitigation, and execution from study start-up through close-out.
• Maintain the quality and scientific integrity of imaging-related clinical trial elements.
• Provide end-to-end imaging specialist support in collaboration with the Imaging Scientist Team.
• Advise Clinical Program Operations and Global Development Operations functions on imaging best practices and portfolio-wide standards.
• Build cross-functional relationships, integrate imaging into trials, and communicate updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree, or a master's degree with 2 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or an associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience.
• Preferred: 7 years of experience in life sciences or a medically related field, including 4 years of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading global teams.
• Experience operationalizing clinical studies with imaging elements and managing imaging vendors.
• Strong understanding of drug development, clinical trial conduct, ICH-GCP, local regulations, quality oversight, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of project and program management, study deliverables, timelines, patient recruitment, feasibility, vendors, and clinical trial technologies.
