Project Manager

Location: Hybrid, based at either the Eastbourne Product Company or Burgess Hill office in the United Kingdom. Occasional travel to other locations, key suppliers, and customer engagements is required.

What you will do

• Develop project plans covering resources, budgets, business cases, schedules, and deliverables.
• Lead technology and new product introduction projects through Product Creation Process Gate 6.
• Track project performance, KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Product Company teams.
• Maintain project governance, stakeholder communications, documentation, and continuous improvement practices.
• Oversee product industrialization and transition to volume production and technical support.

Requirements

• Degree in project management, engineering, or science; a project management qualification is desirable.
• Project management experience, preferably in engineering, electronics, or product development.
• Ability to deliver projects against agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Ability to prioritize multiple activities and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Confident use of Microsoft Project.
