Operations Program Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of operational programs, new programs, transfers, and customer orders from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and other functions to meet production, shipment, cost, and quality targets.
• Manage material readiness, supplier commitments, critical shortages, recovery plans, production priorities, build sequences, and WIP aging.
• Lead operational readiness, validation builds, qualification builds, factory learning cycles, and manufacturability feedback for new product introductions and program transfers.
• Coordinate containment, root-cause analysis, engineering changes, non-conformance disposition, and corrective actions.
• Track KPIs, cost variance, production metrics, risks, and executive-level status reporting while driving continuous improvement and on-time customer delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of program or project management experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, ISO standards, production planning, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong data analysis, leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage detailed programs, influence stakeholders, resolve unexpected challenges, and drive operational change.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
