L&D Executive (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of internal hard-skills, soft-skills, and employee development programs.
• Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts, managers, and external training providers.
• Prepare training schedules, invitations, communications, materials, and other program logistics.
• Maintain training records, attendance data, learning databases, calendars, and reports.
• Collect participant feedback and support the evaluation and continuous improvement of training programs.
• Deliver soft-skills workshops for university students on communication and teamwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in L&D, training, HR, or a related role.
• Good understanding of the game development industry.
• Hands-on experience organizing and executing training programs or workshops.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong coordination, organization, communication, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.
