Learning & Development Lead

Location: Regular travel to all company locations with offices or teams, including on-site work with colleagues across different cities.

What you will do

• Create and execute the L&D strategy, initiatives, framework, programs, and processes aligned with business goals.
• Identify development needs across teams and translate them into practical learning solutions.
• Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and development programs covering leadership, communication, collaboration, feedback, performance, and personal growth.
• Conduct individual development conversations, support development planning, and act as a trusted coach for employees and Development Leads.
• Analyze learning needs, collect feedback, measure program impact, and use data to define future priorities.
• Manage the annual L&D budget and evaluate learning providers, tools, and external partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a similar role.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops and learning programs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage different audiences.
• Experience supporting managers and employees through development conversations.
• Ability to understand business needs and create impactful learning solutions.
• Experience managing L&D budgets and external learning partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-growing global IT or technology environment.
• Experience building L&D frameworks from the ground up.
• Knowledge of modern learning methodologies and tools.
• Coaching or mentoring experience.
