What you will do
- Lead training, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
- Assess organizational training needs through competency reviews, career pathways, and business strategy alignment.
- Design orientation programs, annual training plans, leadership development initiatives, and talent succession programs.
- Manage internal and external training resources, vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning programs.
- Drive organizational development and sustainability initiatives to improve employee experience and retention.
- Lead internal communications and maintain organizational structures and development programs aligned with local and regional objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training Management, Organizational Development, or related HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, competency development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools, with a strategic, innovative, and people-oriented mindset.
