Senior Learning & Development Manager

What you will do

• Design and implement performance-oriented learning and development projects based on business and marketing training strategies.
• Design and deliver sales learning and development projects and courses for sales representatives, first-line managers, and second-line managers.
• Identify capacity development opportunities and use internal and external resources to strengthen sales team capabilities.
• Collaborate with the APAC team to align learning strategies and localize them for the China team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 5 years of sales management and training experience.
• Structured thinking, presentation, communication, execution, and learning skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Open-minded and positive attitude.

Nice to have

• Coaching and facilitation experience.
• Instructional design and development experience.
• Training needs analysis, learning operations, and monitoring and evaluation.
• Talent management, quality assurance, reporting, and analysis experience.
