Proposals Development Associate I (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Prepare and develop client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scopes of work.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, and finance teams to gather information and ensure proposal accuracy.
• Research client requirements, the competitive landscape, and market trends.
• Track proposal status, coordinate review cycles, and follow internal processes and timelines.
• Maintain proposal templates, databases, and supporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in proposal development, clinical research, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or the CRO industry.
• Familiarity with proposal management software or CRM systems.
