Transformation Solution Consultant

Location: Varna, Bulgaria; hybrid role with 3 days on-site, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30

Salary: €19,800–€26,750 annual gross, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Analyze and document current business processes.
• Support the development and implementation of transformation strategies.
• Research and gather data to support project objectives.
• Work with senior consultants and project managers to deliver transformation solutions.
• Participate in internal and external meetings and presentations.
• Complete project tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau.
• Knowledge of project management software such as Jira or Asana.
• Understanding of industry-specific technologies and trends.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, draw conclusions, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
