Implementation Solution Consultant II (Payroll)

Location: Varna, Bulgaria

Salary: €19,800–€26,750 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Manage customer and partner delivery activities for assigned countries, including payroll setup, testing, and go-live.
• Analyze payroll data and support accurate transfers into the hirify.global One View Platform and partner payroll engines.
• Clarify requirements, resolve standard issues, and support implementation activities with customers and partners.
• Prepare project documentation, maintain the internal payroll knowledge base, and support handover to Payroll Services.
• Provide project updates, raise concerns, and collaborate with Project Managers, Senior Solution Consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle confidential payroll and employee data in accordance with data protection requirements and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably in a data-oriented, analytical, payroll, finance, operations, or technology environment.
• Experience working with data, spreadsheets, systems, or business processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a project environment and work independently with moderate guidance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, partners, and international internal teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with payroll processes, payroll data, HR systems, financial data, payroll platforms, HCM systems, or enterprise software.
• Experience in customer-facing, consulting, implementation, or project environments.
• Experience working with international customers or stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data protection principles and confidential information handling.
