Sr. Manager, Solutions Engineering - France (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage the French Solutions Engineering team, including performance evaluations, coaching, work allocation, training, and disciplinary processes.
• Define objectives, strategy, priorities, headcount plans, and organizational development initiatives for the SE organization.
• Build effective partnerships with professional services, support, marketing, product management, and other business functions.
• Drive customer and partner success through solution presentations, roadmap communication, requirements analysis, and post-sales escalation management.
• Identify market trends and competitive activity, communicate findings internally, and support product requirements and feasibility analysis.
• Manage recruitment activities in collaboration with HR and ensure the SE organization can scale with business objectives.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree, or relevant equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience managing technical Solutions Engineers.
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and application delivery.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, including the ability to explain complex technologies.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
