What you will do

• Set objectives and develop long-term strategies for the SE organization across France.
• Provide management oversight for SE skills development and coordination with Business Units.
• Collaborate with peer leaders to align corporate strategy and achieve organizational goals.
• Plan and implement training curricula, product launch activities, and employee retention initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring strict adherence to approved financial plans.
• Act as a coach and mentor to SE Managers and District Managers across the business.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of storage technologies and the competitive marketplace.
• Proven experience managing professional-level employees and technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop budgets and control costs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Must be based in Paris, France, for a hybrid work arrangement.
