What you will do
- Own the delivery of assigned Interactive Response Technology projects from initiation through closeout.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, quality standards, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, clinical teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
- Monitor revenue, forecasts, change orders, profitability, and project status reporting.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, company SOPs, and quality processes while driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing IRT projects in clinical research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and regulations governing IRT systems.
- Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, risk management, issue resolution, change control, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, decision-making, and client relationship skills.
