Product Manager 2 - Supply Chain: Outbound/Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations (Hybrid, Seattle)

Location: Hybrid in the Seattle, Washington area; onsite at the hirify.global Seattle office at least 4 days per week.

Annual pay range: $121,500–$188,500. Performance-based incentives may also apply.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap and feature backlog for outbound fulfillment technology and processes.
• Break roadmaps into releasable features, defining scope, sequencing, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, warehouse operations, data science, and business stakeholders to balance customer value, technical effort, complexity, and risk.
• Design testing, measurement, and telemetry to validate hypotheses and support data-driven roadmap decisions.
• Drive delivery progress, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate launch success criteria across squads and functions.
• Support incident triage and communicate operational and customer impacts across the business.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management or equivalent business/domain experience, preferably in supply chain, warehouse, or fulfillment operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and order management, pick/pack/ship, or fulfillment center operations.
• Ability to define and optimize processes using data, including KPI development and monitoring.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, prioritization, and ambiguity-management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Seattle office at least 4 days per week is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Manhattan Associates Active WMS or similar platforms.
• MBA or advanced product management certification such as CSPO.
