Staff Product Manager (AI Commerce)

Location: Onsite in Bellevue, Washington, or San Francisco, California, United States

Base salary: $188,160–$235,200 USD per year, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and drive product strategy across the Commerce domain, spanning multiple teams, users, and workflow stages.
• Build intelligent AI agents that automate quoting, billing, and invoicing operations.
• Own a multi-year roadmap, prioritize high-leverage problems, sequence investments, and recommend trade-offs to leadership.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deliver integrated commerce experiences.
• Use product and business data to build metrics frameworks and guide investment decisions.
• Represent the domain in leadership forums and mentor product managers on specifications, prioritization, communication, and delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience owning a product domain and leading two- to three-year roadmaps across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including SQL proficiency, writing queries, and building metrics frameworks.
• Experience shipping products in complex, data-dense domains with multi-step workflows or multiple integrated systems.
• Ability to align engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams around shared priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strategic and execution-level judgment, and experience mentoring or leading product managers.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B workflow software, supply chain platforms, or logistics technology.
