Product Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Irving, TX, United States; hybrid work environment

Salary: 86,000–118,000 USD gross annual base salary, plus an annual bonus or uncapped role-based sales incentive plan

What you will do

• Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for digital and Salesforce platforms.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder, customer, and end-user requirements into product decisions.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and other teams to deliver products on time and within scope.
• Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market data to optimize product offerings.
• Serve as the Salesforce product management subject matter expert and communicate product vision and outcomes to executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience in digital and/or Salesforce product environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development practices.
• Experience with Salesforce, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, integration, and user adoption.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
