TL;DR
Product Manager, Site Experience (eCommerce): Developing and optimizing the eCommerce site experience with an accent on user engagement, navigation, mobile-first usability, and conversion optimization. Focus on building the product roadmap, leading A/B testing, analyzing customer and site data, and improving checkout and performance metrics.

Location: Denver, United States. Hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote Monday and Friday.

Salary: $82,000–$115,000 annual USD.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for eCommerce site experience, user engagement, navigation, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead A/B testing, experimentation, personalization, and improvements to UX, UI, and site performance.
  • Manage the roadmap and backlog for platform shopping tools, prioritizing initiatives by customer needs and business impact.
  • Collaborate with UX design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and merchandising teams to improve the customer journey and support onsite campaigns.
  • Analyze user behavior, site analytics, and customer feedback to identify pain points and enhancement opportunities.
  • Monitor and improve bounce rate, session duration, checkout completion, mobile usability, and cross-device performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in eCommerce or digital experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, site personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and using Agile methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with tactical execution and measurable results.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CMS platforms and eCommerce technologies such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or Magento.
  • Background in consumer psychology, behavioral economics, or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and web performance optimization.
