Service Delivery Project Manager (Cloud)

What you will do

• Lead customer managed-services deployments across technical operations teams, regions, and markets.
• Coordinate internal teams and customers to create unified delivery plans and meet implementation deadlines.
• Manage project milestones, schedules, risks, status updates, and communications throughout delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, technical teams, business stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
• Organize implementation of large and complex projects and produce project and customer-service reports.
• Resolve escalated customer problems and communicate schedules, issues, responses, and progress through meetings, ticketing systems, email, and calls.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating projects, managing deliverables and resources, and following through on deadlines.
• Hands-on experience implementing cloud-based solutions; 2+ years is preferred.
• Ability to develop project plans, create schedules, track performance, and proactively manage risks.
• Strong relationship-management skills across customers, vendors, internal partners, and technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Nice to have

• CAPM or PMP certification; substantial project-management and cloud experience may be considered instead.
• Knowledge of PMI project-management standards and tools.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and interest in improving implementation guidelines, quality, and delivery timing.
