Senior CPQ Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote within the United States; the role is based in Dallas, TX and is fully remote.

What you will do

• Configure and own hirify.global’s DealHub CPQ platform from implementation through go-live and ongoing operations.
• Build product catalogs, bundles, option constraints, pricing rules, discount schedules, approval workflows, quote templates, and guided selling playbooks.
• Manage the product roadmap, enhancement backlog, catalog governance, platform documentation, system health metrics, and user training.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Billing, Finance, Product, and Service Delivery to translate business needs into CPQ solutions.
• Maintain quote-to-cash data integrity across CRM, billing, ERP, order fulfillment, and revenue recognition processes.
• Diagnose integration issues, manage vendor escalations, evaluate deliverables through UAT, and develop reporting in Sigma Computing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on CPQ experience across implementation, configuration, and platform management.
• At least 12 months of post-go-live CPQ ownership supporting a live Sales team, production incidents, pricing changes, and enhancement backlogs.
• Experience configuring product catalogs, bundles, option constraints, guided selling flows, complex pricing models, and approval workflows.
• Strong understanding of the full quote-to-cash process, from opportunity creation through billing and revenue recognition.
• Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and CRM, billing, and ERP integration architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, or Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience or certification.
• Experience in data centers, colocation, telecommunications, or managed infrastructure.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, Celigo, Sigma Computing, Agile/Scrum, or AI tools for SDLC activities.
• Experience in techno-functional or solutions architect roles.
