TL;DR
CPQ Product Owner Analyst (Salesforce CPQ): Supporting and improving the North America CPQ platform through defect triage, stakeholder support, Salesforce reporting, and solution documentation with an accent on Salesforce CPQ processes, data analysis, and change management. Focus on analyzing root causes, coordinating fixes with developers, training partners and resellers, and improving platform usability and reliability.

What you will do
- Support the North America CPQ platform by analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving incoming defects.
- Partner with developers to implement solutions and maintain product reliability and performance.
- Provide technical and functional support to sales representatives, distributors, finance teams, and resellers.
- Conduct training for partners, distributors, and resellers on new CPQ capabilities and updates.
- Generate Salesforce reports, analyze trends and insights, and present data to stakeholders.
- Document solutions through user stories and support continuous process and system improvement.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce CPQ processes, workflows, and tools.
- Ability to generate and analyze Salesforce reports.
- Proficiency in data analysis and developing actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with CPQ platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
