What you will do

• Analyze and prioritize incoming defects for the NAM CPQ platform to ensure prompt resolution.
• Partner with developers to execute technical solutions and maintain platform reliability.
• Provide functional support to sales representatives, distributors, and resellers.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new CPQ capabilities.
• Generate Salesforce reports to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.
• Document user stories and maintain clear records of business solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• Multiple years of experience in a product owner or business analyst role.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce CPQ processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports within Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
