VP, Lead to Cash

Location: Remote – U.S.A.

Base salary: $170,000–$220,000 per year, plus a discretionary incentive program and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the Lead-to-Cash and enterprise systems application roadmap, governance standards, operating procedures, and future-state architecture direction.
• Oversee and optimize lead and opportunity management, CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, professional services automation, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and customer account management.
• Oversee ERP functionality supporting finance, procurement, inventory, professional services automation, operational processes, data entry, and reporting.
• Define future-state operating models and prioritize AI, workflow automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent process design opportunities.
• Lead governance forums and coordinate executive stakeholders, process owners, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Provide delivery oversight for major initiatives, upgrades, integrations, automation, reporting, controls, audits, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

Requirements

• Enterprise platform leadership experience across technology, data, business processes, and operations.
• Product mindset combined with strong financial and operational acumen.
• Experience modernizing complex business environments through scalable systems, automation, governance, and cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into platform capabilities while balancing business value, risk, adoption, controls, and scalability.
• Experience with Lead-to-Cash, ERP functionality, data integrity, system controls, compliance, reporting, and enterprise operating models.
