Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Canadian wholesale digital marketplace.
• Lead product lifecycle management from discovery and validation through delivery, optimization, and scaling.
• Improve the buyer experience so used car dealers can find, bid on, and win vehicle auctions efficiently.
• Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market opportunity assessments.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate technical approaches and deliver roadmap initiatives.
• Define and report KPIs covering revenue, engagement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience, including senior-level ownership.
• Proven experience launching and scaling high-impact digital products and managing complex product domains.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, customer discovery experience, and executive-level communication.
• Experience with agile product development and influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Familiarity with AI-driven development, including vibe coding and rapid prototyping.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience with wholesale auction inventory and sales management systems.
• Strong technical fluency and experience partnering with Engineering on system design decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, Lean, or SAFe frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
