Senior Product Manager (Agentic AI)

Location: Remote, USA; Washington, DC preferred but not required. Some travel is required to interface with customers and employees working on cleared programs.

Salary: $158,757–$238,135 USD annualized

What you will do

• Develop the product vision for Helix, an agentic AI orchestration product, with customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, test ideas, and build the product backlog and roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, capture, and other product managers to deliver agentic AI functionality.
• Write clear, bounded user stories focused on delivering user value each sprint.
• Engage stakeholders throughout the innovation process and advocate for customer-problem-driven product development.
• Promote a user-centered culture and support work across the product line where needed.

Requirements

• Experience collaborating with technical leads, designers, data scientists, and domain experts to build intuitive user experiences and AI-enabled pipelines.
• Experience working with leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders to create products that solve complex problems.
• Familiarity with product management discovery and delivery practices, PM tools, and rapid prototyping.
• Experience working in Scrum or Kanban with cross-functional teams.
• Minimum TS security clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
• Strong team-oriented approach and willingness to support product priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow, MCP, A2A, MCPApps, or RAG.
• Experience creating products for government users and working within technology-access limitations.
• Systems-thinking experience with platform technologies, modular software, and configuration-driven development.
• Experience with advanced analytics, natural language processing, large language models, or generative AI.
• Interest in intelligence analysis, electronic warfare, and cyber warfare missions.
