Senior Manager, Identity Security Operations (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington; a minimum of 4 days per week in the hirify.global corporate headquarters is required.

Salary: $191,000–$297,000 annual base pay, with possible performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Own the identity security operations and maintenance function, including strategy, operating model, staffing, budget, and the multi-year roadmap.
• Lead managers, senior individual contributors, engineers, analysts, offshore staff, onshore staff, and contingent workers.
• Set operational standards through SLAs, KPIs, service-health metrics, executive reporting, major incident command, problem management, and change governance.
• Oversee joiner-mover-leaver processes, provisioning and deprovisioning, MFA operations, access certification, and privileged access operations.
• Drive automation and toil reduction while partnering with Identity Engineering & Build on transition-to-operations standards.
• Manage identity-platform vendors, managed services, licensing, contracts, renewals, and audit and compliance engagements including PCI-DSS.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in identity and access management, information security, or IT operations, including 7+ years leading teams and at least 5 years leading leaders or owning a function.
• Enterprise-scale operational experience with Microsoft Entra ID and/or Okta, Active Directory, SailPoint, and BeyondTrust.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience running ITIL-aligned operations, including SLA ownership, major incident command, problem and change management, and on-call models.
• Experience managing budgets, headcount planning, vendors, managed services, and audit or compliance programs such as SOX and PCI-DSS.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with the ability to communicate with engineers and executive leaders.

Nice to have

• Retail or another large, distributed, high-transaction-volume enterprise background.
• Experience with major identity-platform migrations or consolidations.
• Experience with passwordless authentication, FIDO2, Zero Trust, and identity threat detection and response.
• Experience leading globally distributed and managed-service delivery teams.
• CISSP, CISM, SC-300, or ITIL certification.
