What you will do

• Manage and support the organization's identity infrastructure, specifically Active Directory and Okta.
• Oversee user identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and end-user access management.
• Lead and support projects involving IAM technologies and system integrations.
• Implement and integrate new security solutions such as CyberArk and SAP.
• Collaborate with engineers, system owners, and cross-functional business units to meet identity and access needs.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Access Control.
• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, Jira, Confluence, AWS, SAP, and Workday.
