Assistant Project Manager (Electrical)

Location: Leander, Texas, United States; work is required in both field and office settings and on industrial project sites.

What you will do

• Maintain daily project diaries and help establish project priorities.
• Enter and approve daily timecards.
• Track project costs, production quantities, yield statistics, and onsite inventory.
• Compile cycle-time and production data for historical records.
• Gather pay-item quantities and document extra-work items.
• Complete timely billing and reporting to support profit margins and cash flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong work ethic, prioritization ability, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in field and office settings and in a fast-moving, high-production environment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurability; driving records are subject to a DMV background search.
• Ability to meet physical and safety requirements, including walking on uneven terrain, working in confined spaces, using PPE, and wearing a respirator when required.
