What you will do

• Support construction management, architectural coordination, and code-compliance activities within the Facilities Management team.
• Coordinate contractor activities and interface with internal customers to meet operational requirements.
• Assist in project phases including requirements gathering, estimating, scheduling, and construction oversight for building renovations and capital improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and cost-effective value engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with Facilities Maintenance and Operations teams to support ongoing facility needs.
• Assist in the preparation of information for capital and expense budget planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance, if required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to architectural, electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems.
• Basic knowledge of regulations such as OSHA, ADA, NFPA, NEC, and EPA.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, or estimating software.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, or layouts.
• Experience with Design-Build or Design-Bid-Build projects.
