What you will do
- Provide basic technical support for infrastructure services and day-to-day operations.
- Participate in infrastructure projects and routine operational tasks.
- Monitor infrastructure systems and assist with routine troubleshooting.
- Work with team members to address infrastructure-related needs.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation.
- Follow established best practices and service delivery standards under supervision.
Requirements
- Entry-level candidate with typically 0–1 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong desire to gain experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay current with industry knowledge and technology.
- Interest in developing foundational technical skills and knowledge.
Nice to have
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification.
