TL;DR
IT -Staff Systems Engineer - Windows/O365 Administrator (Windows/O365): Supporting Microsoft 365 services and Windows server infrastructure in the global systems administration team with an accent on server administration, patching, security compliance, and core infrastructure services. Focus on upgrading Windows infrastructure, troubleshooting Active Directory and network services, and supporting global customers remotely.
Location: Yokohama, Japan or Shanghai, China

What you will do
- Support Microsoft 365 services, including Email, Intune, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Administer and support Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and operating system upgrades.
- Support Windows server patching through WSUS infrastructure.
- Maintain Windows server security compliance and remediate issues.
- Set up and troubleshoot DHCP, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and File/Print services.
- Contribute to Windows infrastructure upgrade and improvement projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant Office 365 and Windows Server administration experience.
- Working experience with O365 technologies and strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy infrastructure services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or IT.
