Construction Project Manager (Anticipated Opening) (Construction Project Management): Managing large-scale construction projects and coordinating architects, engineers, suppliers, contractors, and clients with an accent on schedule control, budget tracking, governance, and compliant project delivery. Focus on monitoring multiple projects, reviewing designs and costs, responding to field RFIs, and improving constructability, value engineering, and project processes.

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; on-site requirements may change based on client needs.

What you will do

  • Manage stakeholders across architects, engineers, suppliers, contractors, owners, and regional teams to deliver compliant construction projects.
  • Track milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, project governance, and design standards across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate supplier interfaces, project information, design teams, meetings, written communications, and status reporting.
  • Review drawings, submittals, timelines, costs, and project reports from architects, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Provide technical support, respond to field RFIs, and advise on cost control, value engineering, and constructability.
  • Strengthen client relationships, capture project knowledge, and improve internal systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience working with commercial high-end interiors, dry labs, healthcare, data centers, mission-critical, industrial, heavy MEP, or demanding-client projects is strongly desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related construction field.
  • Strong organizational, management, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
