B-2 Systems Engineer (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Support B-2 aircraft modernization, acquisition, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment activities.
• Bridge warfighter capability needs with acquisition planning through research, systems engineering analysis, and technical briefings.
• Develop architecture-based capability, acquisition, investment, technology integration, intelligence integration, and sustainment strategies across systems and enterprises.
• Prepare and review acquisition, systems engineering, test, airworthiness, certification, OSS&E, and modification documentation.
• Support Systems Engineering Technical Reviews, software reviews, program reviews, and assessments of design maturity and technical risks.
• Develop action plans for deficiency reports and system safety risks, and communicate recommendations to program and engineering leadership.

Requirements

• Current Top Secret clearance with the ability to be read onto SCI is required.
• ABET-accredited master’s or doctoral degree in a related field plus at least 20 years of relevant experience, including 12 years in the DoW/DoD; or an ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree plus at least 25 years of relevant experience, including 15 years in the DoW/DoD.
• Required clearance must be maintained throughout the contract period of performance.
• Experience supporting systems engineering, acquisition, requirements, testing, sustainment, airworthiness, or system safety activities.
• The Government will assist with access to classified facilities as required.
