TL;DR
Senior Workday Analyst (Workday HCM and Recruiting/Onboarding): Designing, configuring, testing, and implementing Workday HRIS solutions across HCM and Recruiting/Onboarding with an accent on cross-module support, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. Focus on leading UAT, troubleshooting integrations, managing enhancements, and balancing BAU support with change delivery.
Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Dublin, Warsaw, Lisbon, Bucharest, Barcelona, Madrid, or Reading

What you will do
- Investigate business needs and HR processes, translating requirements into functional solutions and user stories.
- Design, configure, test, and implement Workday solutions across HCM and Recruiting/Onboarding.
- Provide functional leadership for BAU support, enhancements, issue resolution, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR, HRSS, COEs, IT, technical teams, external partners, and implementation partners.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, ad hoc testing, and production verification activities.
- Review downstream impacts, troubleshoot connected processes, and manage multiple operational and project workstreams.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on Workday configuration experience in HCM and Recruiting/Onboarding.
- Experience leading functional analysis across BAU support, enhancements, and small-to-medium change delivery.
- Experience with testing, UAT coordination, post-implementation support, and change governance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, influencing, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a global environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholder groups.
