TL;DR
Senior Business Systems Engineer (AI): Translating complex business needs into scalable enterprise applications, integrations, workflows, and data-enabled technology solutions with an accent on SaaS platforms, APIs, automation, and cross-functional systems analysis. Focus on defining requirements, coordinating UAT and release validation, troubleshooting integrations and data flows, and identifying practical AI-enabled process improvements.
Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze processes, identify pain points, and recommend scalable systems solutions.
- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements, translating them into process flows, user stories, specifications, and delivery plans.
- Support enterprise SaaS applications, configurations, workflows, permissions, integrations, APIs, middleware, and cross-platform data flows.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams on reporting requirements, data quality, system dependencies, and downstream analytics.
- Lead or coordinate UAT, regression testing, deployment validation, release readiness, and post-launch stabilization across the SDLC.
- Improve processes through workflow automation, AI-assisted solutions, documentation, change management, training, and user adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise applications, application support, systems implementation, or business process improvement.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS applications, systems integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and cross-platform business processes.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid, and/or waterfall delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, DealHub, marketing automation, or document workflow platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services, Databricks, iPaaS, API integrations, business intelligence, reporting, or data governance.
- Experience with enterprise application implementations or migrations.
- Exposure to AI-enabled enterprise applications, copilots, generative AI, intelligent document processing, or AI-assisted workflow automation.
