What you will do

• Standardise requirements elicitation processes across the Digital Engineering business unit.
• Shape product vision and maintain backlogs with customers’ Product Owners.
• Write clear, testable user stories and Gherkin acceptance criteria with technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and Agile ceremonies for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities, identify new opportunities, and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Share knowledge and build effective relationships across the broader team.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst on digital transformation projects.
• Strong experience defining PoC/MVP requirements, epics, features, and product or system designs.
• Ability to write testable user stories using Gherkin acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, including Agile ceremonies.
• Experience with UML and BPMN modelling for data, application, and business process domains.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex systems running on Azure or AWS.
• Experience working on projects using Databricks.
