Senior Reporting and Project Analyst

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and automate operational and management reports across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
• Analyse accounts receivable trends, aging, collections performance, DSO, cash forecasts, disputes, and customer payment behaviour.
• Build dashboards, KPI reporting, and data-driven recommendations for business decision-making.
• Lead reporting and automation projects from requirements gathering through implementation, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support M&A activities, system implementations, process redesign, and integration initiatives.
• Define reporting standards, controls, and governance while improving data quality and system utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business analytics, economics, information systems, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in reporting, business analysis, financial analysis, project management, or process improvement.
• Experience supporting finance, credit and collections, treasury, accounts receivable, or similar operational functions.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, Power Query, complex formulas, and data modelling.
• Experience with dashboard and KPI development, forecasting, performance reporting, and analysis of large operational datasets.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, HighRadius, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems, plus strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
