What you will do

• Lead requirements discovery sessions with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate HR business objectives into actionable requirements aligned with Workday capabilities and enterprise standards.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, and stakeholder updates.
• Act as a liaison between HR COEs and GIS teams to validate solution feasibility and business alignment.
• Identify Workday enhancement opportunities that improve employee experience, data integrity, and process efficiency.
• Support testing, release planning, deployment, and successful delivery of Workday solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with HR business process analysis, redesign, and technology-enabled optimization.
• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including hire-to-retire, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards.
• Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and Workday system capabilities.
• Experience working with HR Centers of Excellence such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
