AI Business Analyst (HR Technology)

Location: Austin, Texas or Santa Clara, California, United States. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $116,000–$159,500 per year

What you will do

• Partner with HR centers of excellence to identify and prioritize AI use cases across HR.
• Evaluate AI capabilities in the existing technology stack and recommend improvements to employee experience and HR process optimization.
• Support and enhance the AiMEE chatbot, including functionality, relevance, user satisfaction, and global pilot deployments.
• Act as a liaison between HR centers of excellence, GIS, data science, analytics, and external vendors.
• Develop and validate HR analytics models using Workday data.
• Monitor Workday releases and AI trends, and support planning, testing, and deployment of AI and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HR domains such as Core HR, Total Rewards, and Talent.
• Deep expertise in Workday capabilities, including Business Process Framework and reporting.
• Understanding of AI applications in HR, including chatbots, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and identify process automation opportunities.
• Experience leading or co-leading HR technology projects and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
