What you will do

• Ensure data integrity across Workday by designing and executing audit programs and custom reports.
• Develop AI-driven data reconciliation processes to auto-classify exceptions and route them for resolution.
• Lead end-to-end testing, documentation, and validation of new Workday functionalities and release updates.
• Design AI-augmented regression testing frameworks to automate validation scripts and improve release readiness.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging Workday AI features to assess their fit with organizational requirements and data privacy.
• Partner with internal teams to translate strategic priorities into scalable Workday configurations and workflows.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of HRIS or People Operations experience.
• Must have experience utilizing an HRIS system, Workday preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
