Salary: USD $135,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the development and deployment of enterprise tools and large-scale initiatives.
• Guide stakeholder teams using Scrum and Agile methodologies to deliver timely improvements to HR operations.
• Develop data analytics and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Lead process mapping, optimization, and Lean improvement events for enterprise-wide HR processes.
• Develop standard operating procedures and execution plans for improved processes.
• Support approved change-management plans and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and data analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams using Scrum and Agile techniques.
• Strong business process optimization, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.
