Technical Recruiter

Location: Austin, Texas, United States, or South San Francisco, California, United States

Base salary: $95,000–$147,000 USD per year, plus equity compensation for full-time employees

What you will do

• Source, interview, and manage candidate pipelines across technical, clinical, and other roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on requisitions, hiring strategies, interview feedback, and candidate evaluation.
• Develop strategies to identify, attract, and close exceptional talent across multiple channels.
• Drive recruiting improvements and strategic initiatives using hiring metrics and insights.
• Participate in hiring debriefs and assess candidates alongside technical teams.
• Build and maintain a strong talent network across hirify.global’s business areas.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with teams hiring for a wide range of roles.
• Expertise in sourcing and identifying industry specialists and developing effective engagement methods.
• Ability to interview engineers at a technical level and assess their skills.
• Ability and motivation to learn the technical fundamentals of the roles being recruited for.
• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn, and G Suite.
• Experience working in an agency and at an early-stage startup.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards using queries in Excel or Google Sheets.
