Safer Gaming Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Analyse complex data and create reports, dashboards, and presentations to help operations understand and manage safer gaming risk.
• Coach, train, and guide operational and compliance teams involved in safer gaming interactions with guests.
• Manage complex and escalated compliance cases in collaboration with operations, legal, financial crime, and responsible gaming teams.
• Track guest interaction progress and improve safer gaming practices, templates, tools, and policies.

Requirements

• Strong analytical ability to translate raw data into relevant operational actions and streamline reporting.
• Experience building trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in a geographically distributed environment.
• Deep understanding of responsible gaming or gambling practices.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of experience in a similar compliance, regulatory, or analytical support role.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach, high accountability, and composure under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in hospitality, casinos, or gaming venues.
