Game Designer (Casino Games)

What you will do

• Calculate mathematical models for assigned Class 3 casino games, including return-to-player percentages, hit frequencies, standard deviations, and related metrics.
• Verify and analyze mathematical models using programming tools.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with Game Designers and Mathematicians on new concepts, game reviews, and improvements to games in production.
• Peer-review mathematical models and documentation produced by other Game Designers and Mathematicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a strong mathematical component.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Authorization to work full-time in Australia without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Programming skills, preferably in C++.
• Professional mathematics experience with an interest in game development.
