Field Service Tech III - Australia (Gaming)

Location: Newcastle, Australia; work is performed onsite at client premises. Local, regional, and occasional interstate travel is required, along with a 7-day rotating roster including weekends.

What you will do

• Act as the technical interface for customers and triage service requests.
• Coordinate and perform product installations and maintenance.
• Respond to email and phone support requests.
• Monitor Cash Redemption Terminal performance and identify service issues.
• Provide product performance feedback to the Supervisor.
• Liaise with and support regional team members and external service contractors.

Requirements

• Valid driver's licence required; support is available for obtaining necessary licences.
• At least 3 years of field service experience, including handling technical queries from the field.
• Good understanding of electro-mechanical systems and computing environments.
• Experience using hand and power tools or working in a similar role.
• Ability to follow Work Health and Safety standards, protocols, and guidelines.
• Professional presentation with strong communication skills.
