What you will do
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers.
- Coordinate and perform the installation and maintenance of CRT machines.
- Respond to support requests via email and phone.
- Monitor equipment performance and provide feedback to supervisors.
- Liaise with and support other team members and service contractors within the region.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's Licence (inherent requirement for onsite work).
- At least 3 years of field service experience including handling technical queries.
- Good understanding of electro-mechanical systems and computing environments.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Availability to work on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.
- Ability to travel locally, regionally, and sometimes interstate.
