What you will do

• Manage schedules, status tracking, dependencies, risks, and day-to-day administration for multiple slot game projects.
• Facilitate decisions across game design, art, math, engineering, QA, compliance, and legal teams.
• Maintain project status, scope, decision logs, change logs, meeting notes, and leadership reports.
• Run check-ins, stand-ups, and milestone reviews while tracking owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate certification and regulatory submissions with compliance teams.
• Support partner communication, post-project reviews, and production process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in game production, project management, or program coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Ability to drive cross-functional discussions toward clear decisions and documented outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical and creative discussions into documentation.
• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Proactive, detail-oriented facilitation skills and the ability to maintain project momentum independently.

Nice to have

• Land-based gaming or iGaming experience.
• Experience coordinating regulatory or certification submissions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Background in agile or hybrid production methodologies.
