What you will do

• Analyse large and complex customer, campaign, and digital datasets to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise SQL queries, data tables, and analytical datasets for reporting and decision-making.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, customer behaviour, and digital sales performance.
• Partner with marketing, digital, customer, and strategy stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Translate complex analysis into clear insights and recommendations that influence customer experience and commercial performance.

Requirements

• Exceptional SQL skills and the ability to independently analyse large and complex datasets.
• Experience as a Data Analyst, Campaign Data Analyst, Customer Insights Analyst, Digital Sales Analyst, Customer Strategy Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience with data preparation, reporting, campaign analytics, customer analytics, and performance measurement.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working autonomously and contributing from day one.
