Workday Integration Manager

Location: Hybrid or remote within the UK; office locations include Reading, Warwickshire, Swansea, and Livingston. Travel of approximately 5% may be required.

What you will do

• Act as the escalation point for complex Workday L2/L3 cases across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, and Integrations.
• Prioritize the HRIS backlog, manage urgent and high-impact issues, and maintain documentation and governance controls.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the functional HRIS team and guide requirements assessment, configuration decisions, tenant strategy, testing, and dependencies.
• Coordinate supplier statements of work, internal approvals, procurement, legal compliance, and active AMS and project SOW oversight.
• Lead release impact assessment, change gating, deployment coordination, and post-release stabilization.
• Govern annual HR processes, Workday security and data reviews, access controls, and weekly or quarterly governance forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience managing HR technology, including Workday implementation and oversight.
• Solid human resources experience with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop a team.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align technology with business goals.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, including experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
