Senior Advisor, People Systems

Location: Montreal, Province of Quebec, Canada. Work modes include in-person, hybrid, and remote; remote hiring is available worldwide, with occasional travel for in-person team-building events.

What you will do

• Evaluate People processes, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-functional HR systems initiatives from discovery and prioritization through delivery and adoption.
• Translate operational and strategic People needs into system requirements and implementation plans.
• Bridge People teams and Information Systems & Technologies to align priorities, timelines, and tradeoffs.
• Support the evolution of the HR technology ecosystem, including Workday and talent acquisition platforms.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the Chief People Officer, to influence technology roadmaps and improve employee experience.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading HR systems and technology projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise HCM and/or ERP platforms such as Workday.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical deliverables.
• Solid project management skills covering prioritization, estimation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, transformation, or implementation environments.
• Exposure to performance management or applicant tracking systems.
• Experience scaling processes and systems in mid-sized organizations.
• Strong business acumen and constructive stakeholder management skills.
